1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Canadian Made DTF's website, placing an order, or using any other services offered by Canadian Made DTF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Canadian Made DTF provides Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services, including but not limited to:

• Custom DTF transfers
• Pre-designed DTF transfers
• Gangsheet creation and printing
• Design and file processing services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

4.3 Payment

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

4.4 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production has begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Customer Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit to Canadian Made DTF, including designs, logos, artwork, and other materials ("Customer Content").

5.2 License Grant

By submitting Customer Content, you grant Canadian Made DTF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit any content that:

• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Violates any law or regulation
• Is defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5.4 Copyright and Trademark Ownership

By uploading or submitting designs, you declare that:

• You own all necessary rights to the content
• You have permission to reproduce and use the content
• The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

Canadian Made DTF does not accept any liability for copyright infringement or other legal issues arising from Customer Content. You agree to indemnify and hold Canadian Made DTF harmless from any claims arising from the content you provide.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

6.1 Quality Standards

We strive to provide high-quality DTF transfers that meet industry standards. All products undergo quality checks before shipping.

6.2 Limited Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper application, storage, or handling of the transfers.

6.3 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. If we determine that the product is defective due to our manufacturing process, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Return and Refund Policy

7.1 No Returns

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once production has begun.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• An order is canceled before production has begun
• We are unable to fulfill an order
• The product received is substantially different from what was ordered (not due to customer error)

8. Limitation of Liability

Canadian Made DTF and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our service
• Any products purchased or obtained through our service
• Application issues or failures

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Canadian Made DTF in the last six (6) months, or $100.00, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Canadian Made DTF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your conduct in connection with our services
• Content you submit, post, or transmit through our services

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through the courts located within the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
