Return Policy
Canadian Made DTF's policy on returns, refunds, and replacements.
No Returns on DTF Transfers
Due to the custom nature of our DTF transfer products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once production has begun.
Each DTF transfer is custom-printed based on your specific design choices and specifications, making them unique to your order. This means we cannot resell or reuse these items if returned.
Please Note: We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details are correct, including designs, sizes, and quantities.
Defective Products
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective DTF transfer, we will address the issue through our Quality Guarantee policy.
Quality Guarantee
If you receive a DTF transfer that is defective due to a manufacturing error or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Examples of qualifying defects include:
- Incomplete printing
- Missing adhesive powder
- Damaged transfers (tears, creases) caused during production or shipping
- Incorrect sizes (different from what was ordered)
To Qualify for Replacement: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the defective items to support your claim.
Design Content Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the content of designs they upload or request. By uploading or requesting a design, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the image/design
- You have permission to reproduce the image/design
- The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Canadian Made DTF does not accept any liability for copyright infringement or other legal issues related to customer-provided designs. We cannot issue refunds for orders canceled due to copyright concerns after production has begun.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Before Production: Orders can be canceled at no charge if production has not yet begun.
- During Production: Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.
Application Issues
We provide detailed application instructions with every DTF transfer order. Issues arising from improper application (incorrect temperature, time, pressure, etc.) are not considered product defects and do not qualify for replacement.

How to Request a Replacement
If you believe you've received a defective product that qualifies for replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Include clear photos showing the defect
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we will produce and ship a replacement as quickly as possible
